5 cups water 2 cups coarsely chopped cabbage 1 can great Northern beans (drained and rinsed, 15-1/2 oz) 3 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil 1 tsp. Chef Series™ Italian Herb Seasoning Blend 1 pkg. frozen Three Cheese Tortellini (thawed, 11 oz)

3 medium carrot (sliced) 1 medium onion (chopped) 1 medium zucchini (halved, sliced) 2 jars marinara sauce (12 oz. each) 2 stalks celery

1. Cook onion in oil in Chef Series™ 6-Qt. Saucepan for 3 to 4 minutes over medium heat or until tender, stirring occasionally with Silicone Spatula. Stir in cabbage, carrots, celery, and zucchini. Cover. Cook 5 minutes.
2. Add water, sauce, and beans; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 15 to 20 minutes or until carrots are tender, stirring occasionally.
3. Add pasta and pepper flakes; cook until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
